วิธีทำน้ำเมี่ยงคำ

1.  เอาหอมซอยคั่ว  มะพร้าวซอยคั่ว  กุ้งแห้งตำละเอียด   โขลกรวมกัน

2. จากนั้นให้ตั้งน้ำให้ร้อน ใส่น้ำตาลปี๊บลงไป  กวนให้ละลาย ลดไฟลงใส่กะปิ คนให้เข้ากัน      จากนั้น   นำเครื่องปรุงที่โขลกละเอียดแล้วในครก       ใส่ลงไป  คนให้เข้ากัน เคี่ยวให้น้ำเหนียว    ก็ยกลงได้เลย

3.  ทานกับเครื่องเคียง  ซึ่งจะบอกวิธีทำด้านล่าง  ราดด้วยน้ำเมี่ยง  รับรองว่าอร่อยแน่          แถมมีประโยชน์กับสุขภาพด้วย
